Monday and Thursday:

6pm to 7pm beginners  (white belt to green stripe – 7th Gup)                 7pm to 8pm  experienced and seniors (green belt upwards)

Saturdays

2.30pm to 4.30pm all grades extra training.

Botany Taekwon-Do Early Years

(Botany Taekwon-Do Early Years teaches the “ITFNZ KIDS” programme only)

Tuesday

3.15pm to 4pm – this class is for primary aged children. School terms only.

All Early Years students are welcome to attend the Botany Downs School club during school holidays at no extra cost.
